The future of web development ?

What is the future of web development ? Should people even try to learn languages like HTML and CSS, is it worth putting in hours upon hours of blood and sweat all the sake of learning how to make a website from scratch ? Or will the future of website development reside in the hands of the 'web builders' ?

Web development refers to the building from scratch, and maintaining of websites. It includes aspects such as web design, web publishing, and database management. It is the creation of an application that works through and all over the web.

With the appearance of Wordpress, the single largest emipre which hosts over 40% of all websites on the internet; everyone has started to wonder if this is going to be the end of coding websites from scratch- but this is all within reason. Wordpress and other website builders have made it so that anyone can design a website to their liking and host it. Using Wordpress is child's play and anyone, I mean anyone can navigate through their software and 'make' a website from the beginning. NO coding experience required.

So with all the fact out of the way, you might be wondering, "If I can make a website of my own with no coding skill, then what's the use of me, or anyone as a matter of fact, to learn web development ? ". Well the answer to that is- the web builders that you use are also made of the code that you doubt is useful or not. The real power still lies with those who know how to make or manupilate websites.

Highly secure websites such as the ones banks or government agencies use are coded from scratch without the use of any external software to make sure that it is completely secure for usage, and is not succeptible to any cyber attack. But if you are using your website for say something like a press or a blog, then it is completely fine to use any external hosting you like.

With all this said, is web development going to die ? The answer is NO! Web development is an essential and crucial part of today's world, most if not all of our daily activites depend on websites and the web. Imagine a world in which no new websites with modern features ever appear. Web developers are cardinal in today's world, and will continue to as such for years to come.

I highly recommend the above course, in fact I myself had completed this course for my very first 'tutorial' of web development; the materials and questions provided in this course are thoroughly made and easy to understand even if you have zero background in programming.

So my final answer is, NO web development is not dead, in fact it will continue to grow in the near and late future. If there are any errors or if you have any feedback, do let me know down in the comment section below.

That's all for now, BYE!
